I'm Randi Maggid and I am a breathwork healer and author. I love to help people shift to the next place in their lives. As people move closer to a happy place and discover who they really are, life opens up in a whole new way and people become more creative, fulfilled and eager about their path. This opening to life is healing and brings ease to the body that over time can aid in the disappearance of pain.
What drives me is my own story of living with Holocaust energies perpetuating a situation in my body and mind in which I became closed and locked by fear, negativity and neglect. Doing breathwork meditation often, a pranayama two-stage breathing, trying new modalities, and surrounding myself with likeminded individuals looking to move forward, the blocked or stuck places in my body opened up and connected with each other bringing about a greater awareness of self, nature and others. This technique helps us become more loving people who focus on the things that really matter to us as individuals! We are all unique and everyone’s experience will be a little different so we honor these differences and support each other’s unique gifts in my groups.
When I started my breathwork practice I also began to journal — a healthy habit that eventually turned into a book. I let the ideas flow and went with them, not trying to control the outcome. Instead, I moved with the flow of it. You could say I followed my breath, my life force, as it helped me move through the difficult stages until I completed my first book. I know my book will help people in different ways. It’s a personal story that has the power to trigger positive change and make a difference.
Now pain-free, I became a breathwork facilitator and healer having studied with renowned clairaudient, David Elliott, so that I can heal others and help them rid themselves of the negative energy that can be affecting not only them, but future generations as well. Additionally, I hope to connect with others who may benefit from my personal story by my sharing of the journey that led me from the darkness of chronic debilitating pain to the height of happiness and spiritual awakening in my new book, Beverly Hills Concentration Camp: A Healing Journey and Memoir. I offer group classes and private sessions in Pranayama Yoga breathing, a two-stage technique that helps move energy in the body and invite ease, while releasing fears and blocks. This conscious breathing brings about a meditative state of calm, relaxation and joy, while illuminating truth and awakening spirituality. Healing through breath can be an astonishing experience and also provide great healing breakthroughs.
I believe breathwork should be a daily practice, something you can do at home, in groups and in private sessions. The experience is always beneficial and never the same twice. I can help you move to the next place in your life, help support you in your creative endeavors and be part of your community—a resource when you need it. Please feel free to contact me about anything. I’ve been through a lot, healed a lot, and tried many methods. I hope that I can be a resource for you as you meet daily challenges. I am also mobile, available to help larger groups, stressful business people and students relax and enjoy! Please sign up for my newsletter so we can stay in touch!
